Dr. Tricia Beretz, AP, Lic. Ac., is the founder and lead acupuncturist at Glacier Blue Acupuncture. She has practiced acupuncture since 2009, with specialized training in orthopedic acupuncture, sports medicine acupuncture, Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy (APIT), and both Chinese and Japanese needling techniques—a combination that lets her treat pain and injury with the precision of a sports medicine assessment and the depth of traditional Chinese medicine. Glacier Blue Acupuncture is proud to be in-network with the VA, and Tricia regularly works with veterans and active-duty service members from Patrick Space Force Base recovering from injury and chronic pain.
Her training spans two acupuncture traditions. Chinese acupuncture is the broader, more widely practiced system, built on a diagnostic framework developed over thousands of years of clinical use. Japanese acupuncture is known for its lighter touch, finer needles, and highly precise palpatory diagnosis—feeling for exact points and tension patterns before treating. Tricia draws on both, choosing the approach best suited to each patient’s condition and sensitivity.
Clinically, Tricia specializes in orthopedic and sports acupuncture—the evidence-informed application of traditional needle technique to musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and performance recovery. Conditions she regularly treats include golfer’s and tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, lower back pain, migraines, and post-surgical recovery, with dry needling and APIT available as adjunctive modalities.
Beyond musculoskeletal care, Tricia has extensive experience in women’s health acupuncture—working with patients on menstrual irregularity, perimenopause, and hormonal balance—and offers pre-formulated Chinese herbal medicine as a complement to treatment.
Glacier Blue Acupuncture is intentionally a small practice. That structure lets Tricia maintain the diagnostic rigor and treatment quality that define her work, and take on only as many patients as she can serve at that high standard.

Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Wanda has been a welcoming presence at Glacier Blue Acupuncture since September 2024. A Brevard County native raised in Cocoa Beach, she brings a background in hospitality and a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for everyone who walks through the door. Wanda holds an Associate’s degree from Brevard Community College and is deeply committed to supporting the community she grew up in. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her spending time with friends, family, and her two beloved fur babies—a schnauzer and a kitty.
Reese Morissette
Patient Care Coordinator
Reese is a Brevard native, born and raised in Melbourne, Florida. She is currently obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. She joined the Glacier Blue Acupuncture team in 2026. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for every client that walks through our doors. When she’s not at the office or in school, she’s likely outdoors enjoying the Florida weather or reading a good book—Reese is a certified bookworm.
